The foundation of our Nail Technology course is composed of “hands-on” classes consisting of manicuring, pedicuring, artificial nails, nail art and waxing. In addition, business topics such as marketing, retailing, salesmanship and people skills will help prepare you for the best career opportunities.

EQUIPMENT, TEXTBOOKS & SUPPLIES
Equipment, textbooks, and supplies furnished by the school for use by each enrolled student are included in the list below. These become the property of the student. The student will be responsible for replacing lost or damaged equipment and materials.
GRADUATION & LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
Upon successful completion of 400 hours (12 weeks), all academic requirements met and financial obligations satisfied or satisfactory payment arrangements made, the student will be issued a diploma. Upon successfully passing the State Board Exam at a designated testing center, receiving a diploma, and applying/paying for state licensure; the student is awarded a Nail Technology License in the State of Iowa.
