1990, the Spirit Lake, IA campus was opened. The Spirit Lake campus continues to thrive while educating hundreds of students to enter a professional career in the beauty industry.
In 2005, a second generation began to take over. And although Ms. Smith will continue to have an active role in the schools, her daughter, Lynnae Faust-Latham, and her son-in-law, Justin Latham have assumed ownership of the schools. With the help of the highly talented and qualified staff, they will continue to instill the high standards and values that Ann Smith first brought to the Faust Institute in 1979.
